What we intend to collect
Only information needed to answer enquiries, create family accounts, deliver classes safely, administer enrolments and maintain payment records.
How information will be used
Participant and guardian information will be used for academy operations, safety, communication and legal obligations. Sensitive medical or support details will not be placed in analytics, URLs or ordinary application logs.
Service providers
The planned service providers include Supabase for authenticated accounts and records, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for operational email and Vercel for hosting.
Your choices
Required operational consent will remain separate from optional photography and marketing choices. Contact details for access, correction and deletion requests will be published before launch.
